Based on the Sausalito waterfront, Bufflehead was Ali Johnston (vocals), Jeff Payne (guitar), Gavin Smith (clarinet, melodica, vocals). Playing a wide range of jazz standards and contemporary indie folk, this trio got heads bobbing with their playful arrangements and delightful sound. They have parted ways and are all involved in new projects. Stay tuned!
